This year, the late May bank holiday in England will take place on 26 May 2025. Bank holidays can affect the opening hours of local pharmacies.

The attached document provides the opening hours for pharmacies across London which have been asked to open over the two May bank holiday weekends.

There may be additional pharmacies opening which are not listed. If the pharmacy you would like to visit is not listed here, then you can check their opening hours by searching here or by calling NHS 111. 

It’s important to note that some pharmacies may close early on 24 May 2025. You can check their opening hours by looking here or calling 111.

Please also remember to order your repeat prescriptions a few days in advance as GP surgeries will be busier ahead of the holiday period.
