How we use this information

The information you share with us helps us spot trends to identify areas for improvement. We may use quotes in our reports, but we will not use any information that will identify you.

As well as your feedback, we also ask you to volunteer some personal information. This helps us to help us understand how different groups experience local health and social care services and supports our focus on improving equality, diversity and inclusion.

If you are sharing information on behalf of another person, make sure that you have their permission to do so, or the information you do share should be anonymous.

1. We are Healthwatch Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster, your independent, impartial local health and social care champion. We listen to your experiences with healthcare services and use your feedback to improve the local health offer with the NHS, council and other relevant service providers.

The purpose of this survey is to discover the health and social care priorities of the people of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster so that we can craft our work program for 26-27. We use the results of this survey to inform our independent research projects.

What are some of your main healthcare concerns in the borough? For example, cancer screenings, sexual health awareness, mental health services, etc. Please provide as many as you like.

2. Enter & View is a statutory function under the Health and Social Care Act 2012, which allows our trained Authorised Representatives to visit services, observe care, and speak to residents and staff. The core purpose is to observe the quality of care/treatment being provided to service users, how well services support people and how the staff feels about their workload in supporting the residents/service users.

We gather insights on the quality of care and the day‑to‑day lived experience for residents/service users from an independent, constructive lens on everyday practice. Our visits include care homes, supported living accommodation, health clinics, pharmacy, any local health & social care services, etc.
