Men’s Health Week 2025: Sexual health

This year’s Men’s Health Week runs between 10–16 June, the theme highlighted for this week that is often overlooked is: your sexual health.

One of the best ways to take care of yourself (and your partners) is to stay safe and educated about your sexual health, whether you’re dating, in a relationship, or just enjoying life on your own terms.

The C-Card initiative are free services where young people can access free condoms in a variety locations in London.

PrEP

P (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is a medication you can take to protect yourself from HIV. It’s a great option if you’re at higher risk and want that extra layer of peace of mind.

Read more information on P (pre-exposure prophylaxis) on the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital website, with the option to book an appointment at the John Hunter Sexual Health Clinic.

Visit this website for more information on the  main sexual health website to find out how to access PrEP, testing and more.

Already using PrEP? Ensure you stay up to date with your check-ups and reorders, with quick online bookings allowing you to keep everything running smoothly.

Steps to take

Taking care of your sexual health is just as important as eating well, taking care of your mental and physical health or any other basic necessity. This Men’s Health Week, why not take five minutes to:

  • Order condoms
  • Book a check-up
  • Find out if PrEP is right for you

This week the following events will also take place; we encourage you to join:

  • Migrant centre online Men's group Black African Black Caribbean and Other Minority Groups – Wednesday 11 June
  • Conway House Men’s only Hostel – Thursday 12 June
