World Patient Safety Day – observed on 17 September – unites patients, families, caregivers, communities, health workers, health care leaders and policymakers to raise awareness about improving patient safety.
We engaged with patients and staff at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital to gather feedback on four Outpatient Departments. Our goal was to improve services by providing recommendations to the department managers, based on patient needs identified through the Enter & View visit questionnaire.
