What multi ethnic communities say about COVID-19 and the response to the pandemic

Your Experience Matters
In April this year, we launched Your Experience Matters, our most comprehensive survey to date, in which we asked residents to share their experiences of the COVID-19 outbreak.

The response we have had from multi ethnic communities

We have been analysing the results that we have so far received from residents in Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea who identify as Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic. These will be shared as a special report in the coming weeks, but today we are sharing some of the key findings that we have reviewed so far:

Clinical response to concerns

Imperial College Healthcare Trust have created this video to provide facts and to ease fears on a variety of issues that have arisen during the pandemic, The video was produced in response to feedback from ethnic communities Health Forum and local multi ethnic communities.

We are committed to ensuring that the views, concerns, experiences and ideas of all local NHS service users remain central in discussions of their health and social care.
