What is it like to give birth in Kensington & Chelsea?

We’re collecting feedback about maternity and neonatal care across North West London

If you have given birth in a Kensington & Chelsea hospital in the past two years, we would love to hear from you!

Local Healthwatch services across North West London are working together on a joint project to find out what residents have to say about maternity services - we are in the process of collecting feedback about:

  • The quality of care received, both during birth and afterwards.
  • Whether you were given enough information to understand what was happening and what to do next.
  • Whether you felt well looked after by the hospital team.

Your insights into what went well and what could have been better will play a vital role in shaping the future of maternity care in our community.

Our goal is to investigate the quality of care and outcomes across Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Brent, and Hammersmith & Fulham, and within residents’ various community groups. By gathering feedback, we aim to make recommendations to service providers that will enhance service delivery and ensure that every parent receives the care they deserve.

You can participate by taking part in our survey:

Your voice matters, and we encourage you to share your experiences and help improve service delivery. If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to reach out.
