Your Experience Matters II: Kensington & Chelsea

This report details the issues facing local people during the first wave of COVID-19, how they were managing, and how they were finding accessing information and support.

A number of recurring issues and themes have emerged over the course of our ‘Your Experience Matters’ work. Many of our findings have also been echoed in our wider engagement work since March 2020. These include:

  • Respondents from an ethnic minority background have consistently reported more negative experiences through this period
  • A clear majority of respondents have reported an impact of this period on their emotional and mental wellbeing
  • Respondents who are carers were significant more adversely affected compared to the baseline figures
